Outlook adds strange character at start of every line, what is it
For some reason, there is not a character at the end of every line in outlook, can't paste it here, so will add image.How can I get rid of this?

It's the paragraph mark...Turn formatting marks on or off
Keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+*. (You must use the asterisk on the 8 key.). Make sure the email is opened.

You can also just click the Paragraph mark on the toolbar under Format Text How to Remove Paragraph Symbols in OutlookMy Computer
